Handing of the keys

You will be met personally by the owners to get your keys. They will provide you with all the necessary information on the apartment and their tips on the neighborhood.

RULES AND REGULATION

→ Regular check-in is after 14:00

→ Regular check-out is before 11:00

(Both check-in and check-out can be flexible free of charge depending on your actual arrival and departure time, and the availibility of the apartment.)

→ Le MaraisApart has a strict non smoking policy (a balcony and/or a private courtyard are available for the comfort of addicted smokers) 

→ Actual capacity of both places is limited to two people

(exception can be made for a young kid ready to sleep on a couch)

→ Towels, sheets and pillows and amenities are provided.

→ Complete cleaning is done before arrival and after departure.

→ However, guests are expected to behave as should guests do in a private home, respectful of the place, personal owners’ items and furniture. They are expected to dispose of their shopping bags and garbage in the common bins. 

→ Compensation would be asked on check-out if unjustified.
